This notice explains what Cart Integrator does with the personal details you give us through this website, in line with the GDPR.
Stillwater Physio is a fictional business. This sample site is run by Cart Integrator, and everything you send through it goes to Cart Integrator.
Who is responsible for your details
Cart Integrator is the controller of the details you send us. Registered or legal name: Vincent Scully trading as Cart Integrator. Address: Dún Laoghaire, Dublin, Ireland. Email: vincent.scully@cartintegrator.com.
What we collect
- Through the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your message. The form sends your message to our email delivery service, which passes it to vincent.scully@cartintegrator.com.
- If you call or email us directly: whatever you choose to tell us, and your number or email address.
- Technical details: our host, Vercel, handles your IP address and basic details such as your browser and the pages you ask for, in its server logs, to deliver and secure the site.
- Cookies and similar tools: only the ones you accept. See the cookie notice.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, give you a quote. This is needed to act on your request before any contract, and is in our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
- To run and secure the website. Our legitimate interest.
- Analytics, advertising measurement and the embedded map, where this site uses them: your consent, only when you accept them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details. These companies handle them for us, only to provide the service named:
- Vercel Inc. Hosts this website.
- the mailbox provider of Cart Integrator Hosts the mailbox that receives your enquiry.
- Resend. Delivers the contact form message by email.
Some of these companies are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: kept for 12 months after our last message, then deleted, if you do not become a client.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, to delete them, to restrict how we use them, to move them to someone else, and to object to our use of them. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect what we did before. Email vincent.scully@cartintegrator.com and we will reply within one month.
Right to complain
